On Friday July 30th, I had my first Reiki Session. I didn’t know what to expect but I found the session extremely relaxing. My therapist found a couple of areas where I seemed to be having discomfort. She worked her magic and later in the day I found complete relief from one sore area. I also had some congestion that loosen up and I was able to expel it from my body. I am looking forward to my next session to see what additional areas of my body respond to this treatment.

Wanted to say thank you for the Reki session last week. It was my 1st time so I didn't know what to expect. I felt the warmth through your hands as you went over the Chakras and at times when my eyes were closed I would see a bright light around the darkness. (Hard to really describe but it's what I've seen when there is an energy exchange.) The two weeks prior to the session, I was having extreme pain with a tooth and sinuses. My glands under my chin area felt like ping pong balls after the session it was like grapes. At the end of the session when you were finishing I felt like a breeze from the feet up to my head. When I told you that you said it might have been a new flow due to cleared Chakras, I believe that was the case. Thank you for the session.

Throughout of session, I found connection to my energy flow through my body, areas of attention, warmth, and focus. I feel that areas of the body connect in ways we don’t understand and with Reiki Healing, it embodies what we lose in connection between.
When trying a new form of healing I think it’s best to put in what you hope to get out. With Reiki Healing, I did just that. I embraced what the universe pulled from me and gave back. I felt a calmness I needed, I found a connection to focal points in my body. Rhonda guided me to this understanding and place. She kept the space calm, relaxing, focused.

Rhonda is amazing! The session we had was an hour and she was very professional. After the session, I felt light and airy. This feeling lasted for about 2 days. If you are interested in trying Reiki for the first time, or you have had many sessions, I highly recommend her services!

I have had 2 sessions of Reiki now and honestly have to say that I really haven't noticed any change. I don't know if its just me or what. Rhonda does an excellent job in making me feel very comfortable and at ease. I hope that with more sessions I will start to feel the Reiki experience. I was able to go to the gas station the next day which I wasn't able to do before. Also, I was able to go to the Giants game that I had planned with my son and his fiancé. I was really struggling so not sure if this was related but I was finally able to do some things.
